A tailor-made process which fits your project and all those collaborating on it. We work on large scale renovations, TI boutique commercial properties, new build homes, and kitchen and bath design. This service includes in-person meetings to develop concepts with follow through right to project completion. As- built measurements and interior space planning, selection and specifications for all finishes, design drawings including custom millwork, supplier and client meetings, and on site walk throughs are all included. 

Furniture & Decor

Needing to revitalize your home or work space with new furniture and decor? This package offers a comprehensive design experience for your space. Often wanting to incorporate existing pieces, clients may find it daunting to pair with new options. This service includes concept presentation boards for each room, detailed specifications of all options presented as well as layout drawings. We follow the project through to completion with assistance in quoting and ordering. 

Consultations

Pre Purchase Consultation- 2hrs + follow up summary | $385

If you are looking at buying a home or new commercial space in need of a renovation this package will get you started. Many people find it overwhelming to see through a space and visualize its ultimate potential. After an in-person walk through of the property together we discuss design changes and opportunities for each area. Afterwards a comprehensive report will be provided which outlines the recommendations to get you started.  

Design Consultation- 1.5hrs + follow up summary | $275

This service is ideal for those with the ability to execute the project themselves only needing professional assistance to "tie it all together". If you have resources such as suppliers, installers etc and only require a design eye to set you in the right direction this consult package is a perfect fit. A comprehensive report will be provided after an in-person walk through of the space which outlines the discussed design recommendations.
